විද්‍යාවෙ දියුනුවද අවිද්‍යාවෙ දියුනුවද ?

මේ දවස් වල නැගලා යන මාතෘකාවක් හැටියට මනසක් තියෙනවාද කියන මාතෘකාව ගන්න පුලුවන්. මේකට මම සමහර අය විරුද්ධ තර්ක ගෙනෙනවා දැක්කා රොබොලාව උදාහරනයට ගෙන.

නමුත තිබෙන සරලම ගැටලුව ඔවුන් තෙරුම් අරන් නැහැ. ඔබ කියනවා මම කියන පරමානු ගොඩ විසින තවත් පරමානු ගොඩක් පරමානු ගොඩක් ලෙස හදුනාගෙන ඇති බව . එ වගෙම මම කියන පරමානු ගොඩ අනෙක පරමානු ගොඩ නොවන බව හදුනා ගෙන ඇති බව. 

ඊට වඩා එ් ගැන විස්තර කරන්න යනනෙ නැහැ මොකද මෙ ලිපියේ අරමුන වෙනත් දෙයක් නිසා. ඔතනින් එහාට රොබෝලා නෙමෙයි සත්තුම හැදුවත් එච්චරයි. අරයට වැඩියෙන් තියෙනවද මෙයාට අඩුවෙන් තියෙනවාද කියන එකවත් නෙමෙයි . ගැටලුව තියෙනනෙ තමුන්ගෙ හදුනා ගැනීම පිලිබදව. එහෙම නැතුව කවදාවත් තවත් සත්ත්වයකුගේ හදුනා ගැනීම දැන ගන්න අපට බැහැ. ඒක ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ වෙන්නේ ඒ සත්ත්වයාට. 

හැම දේම බුද්ධියෙන් හෝ ප්‍රඥාවෙන් ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ කර ගන්නත් බැහැ. නිවන , යලි නොඋපදින බව , වගේ දේ
ප්‍රත්‍යකෂ වෙනනෙ ප්‍රඥාවට, එ වගේම මතක විදිහට අතීත භව වල තමන ඉපදුනු බව ප්‍රත්‍යකෂ වෙන්නෙ මෙනෙහි කිරීමට . මේ වගෙ ස්පර්ෂයෙන් ප්‍රත්‍යකෂ කර ගත යුතු දේ තිබෙනවා, දැකීමෙන් ප්‍රත්‍යකෂ කර ගත යුතු දෙ තිබෙනවා, ඇසීමෙන් ප්‍රත්‍යකෂ කර ගත යුතු දේ තිබෙනවා. සිංදුවක් ලසසනයි කියපු නිසා ඔබට එහි ලසසන වැට හෙනනෙ නෑ. එ් නිසා ගැටලුව පිලිතුර තිබෙනනෙ තමුන් තුල. මිස පිටත සතතවයන් තුල හෝ ක්‍රියාවන් තුල නෙමෙයි.

මේ ලිපිය ලිවීමට හෙතුවුනු කාරනය වුනේ මේ යම් යම් පිරිස් විසින මේ ආකාරයෙන් කරන විග්‍රහ හරහා අපේ තරුණ පරපුරට හා විද්‍යාවෙන් ඉදිරියට යාමට සිටින පිරිසට කරන අති විශාල හානිය නිසායි. 

මොකද්ද මෙ හානිය? මම දැකකා එක මහතමයෙකු ලිපියක දක්වලා තියෙනවා ඔහු දුටු රොගියකු ගැන. ඔහු ගේ මොලය අක්‍රීය වෙන්න වෙන්න ඔහු ගේ ක්‍රියාවනුත් අඩු වෙලා අවසානයේ පොඩි ලමයෙක වගේ වුනු බව.ඒ නිසා තර්කය මොලයේ රසායානික ක්‍රියාවලිය පමනක් පවතී.

නමුත අපි කා කරන මනස කියන එක මොවුන් පටලවාගෙන ඉන්නවා මේ අද්භූත යම් ආත්මයක වගෙ දෙයක් ලෙස . නැහැ. අනෙක් ඉනද්‍රියයන්ට වගේම සිතිවිලි ග්‍රහනය වනනෙ මොලයට. එතකොට වෙනම සිත නැතිනම් සිතිවිලි වශයෙන ප්‍රෙසෙස් එකක් තිබෙනවා පිටි පසසෙ. එ්ක ඇවිල්ලා භෞතික ලෝකයෙන් වෙනස් වෙනනේ අපේ හදුනා ගැනීම නිසා. බෙදා වෙන් කර ගැනීම නිසා. ඉන්ද්‍රියයන්ගෙන ලැබෙන සංඥා අනුව මේක වෙනස් වෙනවා. එ්වා මොලයට ග්‍රහනය වෙනවා. මෙ ප්‍රෙසෙස් එක සරලව බෙදීම නැතිනම් මායවක ප්‍රතිපලයක් මෙන්න මම මෙන්න ලෝකය කියන. ලෝකය තමයි පරමානු හදුනා ගත්තෙ. මොකකට සාපෙකෂවද ? තමුන්ට සාපෙකෂව.සාපේක්ෂ හදුනා ගැනීම පලවෙනිම කාරනය බව තෙරෙනවාද ? මේ කියපුවාත් තරකානුකුලව පෙන්වන්න පුලුවන් මෙන්න මේ නිසයි මෙහෙම කියන්නෙ කියලා. ඉතින් අඩුමගානෙ මූලික තර්ක ක්‍රම වත් නැතුව මූලික දැනුම වත් නැතුව තමුන්ට ඖනෙ අර්ත කතන දීලා කරන විනාෂයට පොඩි උදාහරනයක් මෙහෙම බලමු.

මම වෛද්‍ය පර්යේෂකයෙක් නම් පෙර අර මොලය දුර්වල වුනු රෝගියා මට ලැබුනා නම්. එකක් තමා මම කරන්න පුලුවන් අර තර්ක අහලා දැන් වැඩැක් නැ . රෝගියා සමග ගනු දෙනු කල නොහැකියි කියා අල්ලලා දාන එක. නමුත් මම එහෙම කරන්නේ නෑ. මම අහලා තියෙනවා මොලය සිත දෙකක් විය හැකි බව. එ නිසා මම බලනවා යන්තරයක් හරහා මොලයේ කුඩා ප්‍රමානයක් හෝ රෙප්ලිකෙට් කරලා ඉලෙකට්‍රොනිකව අර ප්‍රෙසේස් එක මට බාහිරව ග්‍රහනය කර ගන්න පුලුවන්ද කියලා. හරි ගියොත කොහොමද? වැරදි උනොත් අලුත් යන්ත්‍රයක නිර්මානයක් හෝ ඉතුරු වෙයි. සමහරු දැන් මේකට ප්‍රති තර්කයක් ගෙනෙයි එහෙනම දෙවියන් වහන්සෙව ඩිටෙක්ට් කරන හො කමියුනිකෙට් කරන මැසිමකුත් ට්‍රයි කරමු කියලා. ගැටලුවක නෑ. දෙවියන වහනසෙව දැනටමත කොතනට හරි දැනෙනවා නම් :)

අර සිතන්න පුලුවන් ද කියන ලිපිය බලපු නැති අය අනිවාරයයෙනම බලනන. මොකද ඔය පැහැදිලි කිරීම තුල තියෙනවා අතිවිශාල දැනුම සමභාරයක්. ලොකය ගැන තනියම ඉනපසු ඉගෙන ගන්න පුලුවන්. සිතිවිලි හො දැනුම අහසින් පාතවෙනනෙ නෑ. ඔබෙ දරුවාට ඔබ අනෙක සියලල ප්‍රතික්ෂෙප කරලා බුද්ධිමත් විද්‍යාතමක චින්නයක ඇති දරුවෙක් හදනවා කියලා විද්‍යාව සහ ගණිතය පමනයි නම උගන්වන්නෙ ඔහු තරම කිසිම නිරමාණශීළීතවයක් නැති මෙලා රහකට නැති ගොබ්බයෙක් තවත් නෑ.

ලංකාවේ මෙ විද්‍යාව වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටිනවා කියන අය කරන්නෙ මෙක. මෙකටත් වඩා ඇතතටම ගත්තොත් බුදු දහම සමග තියෙන මොකද්දෝ ඇරියස් කවර කිරීමක්. නමුත් පේනවා නේද. අපි බුදු දහම තුලින විද්‍යාවත් දියුනු කරන කොට මොවුන් විද්‍යාවෙ දියුනු වත් වලකවන්න උතසාහ කරන හැටි. බුදු දහමේ සහ නවීන විද්‍යාවෙ අරමුනු වෙනස් . එක නැවත නැවත පැහැදිලිව පෙනවා දී තිබෙනවා. නමුත් අපිට පුලුවන් දෙකින්ම වැඩ ගන්න. ඇවැසි දෙයට දෙකේ දැනුම මාරුකරගනන. ලබන සතියෙ මාව එල්ලන්න ඉනනකොට මම භෞතික විද්‍යාව කරපු කෙනෙකනම් මම දන්නවා මගෙ ස්කනධය, පහලට වැටෙන කොට තවරනය කොචචරද, මෙ සියලලම එතනදී එකට එකු වෙන ආකාරය වගෙ දේ. වෛද්‍යෙ විද්‍යාව කරපු කෙනෙේ නම් නහර තද වන ආකාරය, ලේ ගමන නවතින හැටි , එ් අනුව මොලය මිය යන හැටි වගෙ දේ. නමුත් මෙ එකකටවත් බැහැ. මරනය ගැන මගෙ බිය නවතවන්න , මමම මොහොතින් මොහොත මනසින් වැටෙන එක නවවනන. තවත් භයානක විදිහට බ්‍රේසින් බුල් වගේ එකකට දාලා නැතිනම් උල තියලා මරනවා කියලා හිතුවොත් වැඩේ තවත් අමාරුයි. එ්කට පිලිතුර තියෙනනේ බුදු දහමෙ. අර 4999 කම නෙමෙයි. අර අනිත්‍යය ලිපිය තුලින පෙන්වලා දුන්නෙ එයයි. ඒ ත් වැඩිදෙනෙක් ඒක තේරුම් ගත්තේ නෑ.

එ් නිසා හොදින් තෙරුම් ගන්න මෙ රටේ මේ කාලකන්නි අධ්‍යාපනයෙන් බිහි කරන මොටටපාලයන් තවත් පහලට දාලා කවදාවත් විද්‍යාඥයෙක් වත බිහි නොකරන තැනට කටයුතු කරනනෙ කවුද යන්න.
අනික මෙ දැන මම කියන කොට අවුල වගෙ නම මෙ තවත බටහිර විද්‍යෘඥයොම ඉනනවා මනස ගැන කතා කරන සහ එ සදහා පරයෙෂන සාධක පවා තිබෙනවා කියන . හැබැයි මෙයාලා ඔවුන එකක ආගිව කරනන යනනෑ. ඇයි ගැටලුව තියෙනනෙ බුදු දහම සමග :)

Cardiologist Dr Michael Sabom has described a near-death experience that occurred while its experiencer - a woman who was having an unusual surgical procedure for the safe excision and repair of a large basilar artery aneurysm - met all of the accepted criteria for brain death. Neither is this is an isolated instance for there are now a growing number of people who have testified that they experienced consciousness - indeed, frequently consciousness on a very high and vivid plane, while they were - for a short period - technically "brain-dead." The University of Southampton, England, has also conducted some research which is quite compelling,

"...University of Southampton researchers have just published a paper detailing their pioneering study into near death experiences (or near-death experiences) that suggests consciousness and the mind may continue to exist after the brain has ceased to function and the body is clinically dead.

Independent EEG studies have confirmed that the brain's electrical activity, and hence brain function, ceases at that time. But seven out of 63 (11 per cent) of the Southampton patients who survived their cardiac arrest recalled emotions and visions during unconsciousness." Interestingly, the old challenge from sceptical scientists that after-death experiences were simply the result of near-death hallucinations caused by medication or oxygen-starvation are now just about completely refuted. The quoted report of the University of Southampton research briefly also raises this same point:

"...There are currently three explanations for these accounts. The first is physiological; that the hallucinations patients experience is due to disturbed brain chemistry caused by drug treatment, a lack of oxygen or changes in carbon dioxide levels.

In the Southampton study none of the four patients who had near-death experiences had low levels of oxygen or received any unusual combination of drugs during their resuscitation."

It might also be added that 'technically after death' consciousness experiences right across many countries and cultures show a remarkable similarity - this tends to rule out the idea that particular western medical practises tend to cause the dying to hallucinate.

Dr Bruce Greyson has given some attention to near-death and after-death experiences. Addressing the frequent rejoinder that such events can be accounted for as hallucinations, Dr. Greyson notes that if NDEs are hallucinations, then how is it that such incredibly accurate and verifiable information is resulting from the NDEs? People on drugs who have NDEs see fewer deceased relatives when they travel out of body. This suggests that people who do see relatives are clear-minded, not hallucinating. In some cases of children, they see dead relatives whom they had never met or seen pictures of. This begs the following question: How could they hallucinate accurately the visual images of someone they have never met? When assessing the surmounting data as a whole, Greyson said that the survival hypothesis is the most parsimonious explanation for the growing database of NDEs (source: http://www.near-death.com/evidence.html#a2. Some might be shocked here at the reference to "deceased relatives" but we must accept that it seems well-established from many cultures that those on the point of death do indeed often appear to see their deceased relatives who come to them to escort them away from this physical life to 'beyond the river.'

The Blind Appear Able to See During After-Death Consciousness Experiences

Dr Kenneth Ring Ph.D, who is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of Connecticut, and Sharon Cooper completed a two-year study into the NDEs of the blind. They published their findings in a 1999 book entitled "Mindsight" in which they documented the solid evidence of 31 cases in which blind people report visually accurate information obtained during an NDE. Perhaps the best example in his study is that of a forty-five year old blind woman by the name of Vicki Umipeg. Vicki was born blind, her optic nerve having been completely destroyed at birth because of an excess of oxygen she received in the incubator. Yet, she appears to have been able to see during her NDE. Her story is a particularly clear instance of how NDEs of the congenitally blind can unfold in precisely the same way as do those of sighted persons.
